Kristi has over 15 years expertise in management and organizational strategy.  She has worked in leadership in both private, government, and non-profit organizations managing and providing executive leadership over different operational teams mostly focused in public health and software development ensuring  efficiencies in back-office processes.

Kristi provides bookkeeping, financial advisory and consulting services, operational financial controlling and has supported BCL operations since 2016.

Kristi and her family live in North Idaho.  Her husband of over 20 years works for the government and they have a high school age son, who enjoys playing soccer. Their family searches for God's will continually.

Marla has worked in the bookkeeping and insurance software industry for more than 40 years.  Her forte is accounting and she used this expertise to found BCL Solutions more than 20 years ago.  As the bookkeeping trade gradually evolved from pencil-and-paper to accounting on the computer, so did Marla. Keeping up with the changing times, she soon found herself supporting accounting and bookkeeping needs through software such as Quickbooks and industry specific software for insurance agencies.  BCL has been doing bookkeeping for a large property management company and small startup companies ranging from consulting to product sales. Working the business on nights and weekends, her reputation grew the business until she was finally able to dedicate her full attention in 2015.
